With the aim of strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and developing joint projects in support of economic and social development, the Kosovo Chamber of Trade and Industry has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Public University “Kadri Zeka.”
The memorandum was signed by the Executive Director of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kushtrim Ahmeti, and the Rector of the Public University “Kadri Zeka,” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Artan Dërmaku.
The purpose of this cooperation is to establish a sustainable and strategic partnership between the university and the private sector, fostering the development of ideas, projects, and joint activities.
Through this memorandum, the parties aim to advance innovation, develop human capital, and create concrete opportunities for students and academic staff.
The cooperation between the parties will include the implementation of joint projects, internship opportunities for students, the organization of conferences, seminars, and various academic activities, the development of scientific research and joint publications, as well as the exchange of experiences in institutional management.
Within this cooperation framework, the Kosovo Chamber of Trade and Industry will contribute to linking the university with the private sector and the labor market, while the Public University “Kadri Zeka” will provide its academic and student capacities for the implementation of joint projects and activities.
On this occasion, Skender Krasniqi, Chairman of the Board of the Kosovo Chamber of Trade and Industry, presented a certificate of appreciation to the Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Artan Dërmaku, for his cooperation and continuous support to this institution.
During the visit to the university, representatives of the Chamber also visited the STEM Laboratory and the Social Sciences Laboratory, gaining closer insight into the infrastructure and academic capacities that UKZ offers to its students and staff.
